What a wonderful day we had. Most of our day was spent reviewing what I learned at the Sean Tebor workshop. We did a restorative practice, with many adjustments using blankets, blocks and straps. Everyone partnered up and we had a little yoga party.
Today we went over Week one Worksheet and a Brief History of Yoga and the Eight Limbed Path with a discussion. What insightful students, I am one blessed teacher.

2.)Practice with use of props
3.)Satsang
4.)Film on Ashtanga Yoga
